Kristen Stewart could be part of a fairy tale after wrapping the last "Twilight" movie. She is reportedly on the list for the role of Snow White in "Snow White and the Huntsman" despite previous report which said that Universal Pictures would go with less notable actress for the part.

Stewart's name had emerged before along with Saoirse Ronan when Universal wanted to go with established starlets, but the studio was said changing direction. The likes of Riley Keough, Felicity Jones and Alicia Vikander reportedly have screen tested for the part but they could not kick out Stewart, who is not required to join screen test, from the list.
"Snow White and the Huntsman" will have more back story to Eric, the bounty hunter/hunstman who the evil queen Ravenna hires to find and kill Snow White. He eventually refuses to kill the girl, instead tagging along with her as mentor. Charlize Theron is in negotiations to play the evil queen.
Rupert Sanders is attached to direct the movie adaptation of the classic tale while Evan Daugherty is hired to write the script. The film is set for December 21, 2012 U.S. release.
