Def Jam Executive LA Reid 2 leave label & join Simon Cowells's X factor show

Things aint never been the same since Russey Simmons sold def jam a few years back-executives come and
go like Jermaine Dupri and others . Now L.A. Reid  is out and headed to the new show X-Factor and will probably end up at Sony  since they are the ones that record X -factor winners CD's in Europe.
